Job Designation : Talent Acquisition Executive // Hr Executive
Job Location : Gurugram (Work from Office)
Experience : 6 months+
Notice Period : 0-30 days
We are looking for a "Talent Acquisition Executive // Hr executive " with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
Requirements and Responsibilities : - --Minimum 6 months experience recruiting in relevant (IT Infrastructure Support) industry environment
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) - Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing etc.)
- Have a basic understanding for HR related operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong decision-making skills
- Must be graduated in related domain and able to understand the IT infrastructure.
- Must have worked on IT infrastructure positions and who can join immediately or within 30 days.
