Job Description:
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
*Take technical ownership of the Jira service desk and Jira instances across the business
*Keep systems up to date, maintain live and test environments, testing upgrades and changes and implement them post evaluation, within the live system
*Perform regular clean-ups to keep the systems performant
