Job Description:
Technical Associate – Application Development responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications.
Collaborate with front-end developers and cross-functional teams to build functional and user-friendly applications.
Develop new programs, features, and solutions based on business and technology requirements.
Assist in application design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and debugging.
Work with databases, SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, and application development tools.
Support application integration and optimize application performance and user experience.
Participate in Agile development and continuous learning initiatives.
Document code, technical processes, and application procedures for future reference.
Stay updated with new programming languages, technologies, and industry practices.
Take ownership of assigned projects and contribute to Genpact’s technology transformation initiatives.
