Job Description:
Authoring of new exam content (data entry of assessment tasks) for selected exam components into Client approved item bank in an accurate and timely manner using the content/data provided by the client, which includes inputting question content, answer sheet and task attributes data. In addition, some tasks have a tape script which needs to be added and some tasks have artwork/images which need to be inserted.
Make amendments to the newly authored exam content post review by the client.
Follow the working instructions and training guidance provided by the client at all times.
Report on issues or challenges to the reporting manager as soon as possible to avoid errors or delay in submission of the work.
Maintain and follow data and information security guidelines.
Assist teams in all tasks required to complete the project and liaise with other functional groups as required.
