Job Description for Blended Process @ Tech Mahindra center
A Bachelor’s or Higher Degree is the minimum entry required for the position
Designation: Customer Care Associate
Work Location: Noida Sector 62 A8
Shift Timing: Rotational Shifts.
Roles and responsibilities:-
1. Work in Blended operations team to process the enquires / requests / complaints from clients within defined timeline.
2. Detail oriented, thorough in analyzing and interpreting data.
3. Agility to learn and work in cross domain processe.
4. Ability to achieve daily / weekly / monthly KPIs.
5. Proven knowledge of computer operating systems i.e. MS-Excel along with good keyboard skills.
6. Experience and Fresher both are Eligible.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
8. Good communication skills.
9. Be punctual & discipline
Qualification:
1. Graduate in any domain
2. Experience and Fresher both are Eligible.
Note:
