Leadership Excellence
Contribute, understand the Teamlease technology Strategy and ensure the team objectives are aligned.
Understand Industry best practices in the Devops space
Hands on leadership in the technology space , maintaining a leadership position in the dev-ops space by doing POC’s & trying out the latest tools and technology to recuce time to market and enhance quality Delivery Excellence
Develop, Implement, maintain, and improve Continuous Integration and Continuous
Delivery/Deployment environments
Responsible for establishing high efficient teams for successful digital transformation delivery as per Teamlease Vision.
Responsible for establishing industry specific best practices in establishing the Devops tools,
Responsible for Control development processes, platform and tools usage for solutions and delivery and enforce processes
Strong experience and expertise in DevOps solution delivery and strategy in a bi-modal IT environment
Broad knowledge of software development and software testing methodologies along with change and configuration management practices in various cloud environments
Demonstrated expertise in performance tuning and optimization, bottleneck problems analysis
Solid technical expertise and troubleshooting skills
