Job Description:
Manage shift operations at Amazon Delivery Centers in Bangalore.
Work with the Center Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
Execute the delivery process from delivery station to customer address.
Ensure sufficient delivery team capacity during peak periods.
Monitor and improve delivery performance and operational efficiency.
Analyze operational information and identify risks and improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to resolve operational challenges.
Demonstrate strong execution, ownership, and bias for action.
Work effectively in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
Support performance management and execution of the operational plan.
