Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities
Create engaging content that can capture the attention of the target audience
Write copies for various engagement channels like emails, WhatsApp, SMS, website banners, social media copy, flyer etc.
Showcase high level of creativity and ability to use data-driven insights to write compelling content
Familiarity with A/B testing with various tonalities & styles for multiple content pieces
Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop original content
Work closely with design team to ensure copy is in sync with design
Understand the brand language and drive brand consistency across marketing collateral
Be updated on website offerings & assist in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create cohesive, accurate content
Ability to convert complex points into very simple language and proofread content for errors and inconsistencies.
Coordinate with agencies and collaborate with designers to create compelling designs
Create eye-catching and innovative headlines and brainstorm for new ideas and strategies for effective content
Research markets and industries to create content that is innovative and conversational
Think strategically & participate in creative conception in a wide range
Manage engagement content calendar and collaborate with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials
Keep track of viral/trending campaigns & use wherever it fits
Requirements, Qualifications, and Experience:
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects concurrently
Should have a proven track record of producing content that increases engagement and drives leads
At least two years of experience writing for a B2B audience
Strict adherence to the style guides of each company and their policies for publication
Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
Proficiency with tools like MS office, Google Docs, etc.
