Job Description:
Skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) – Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
Strong understanding of statistical concepts and modelling
Strong proficiency in writing queries using SQL and expert in using large datasets
Strong in advanced Microsoft Excel and desirable skills in using VBA Macros and Power Query
Ability to transact with data present in BigData platforms like Hadoop
Familiarity with an open source programming language (R or Python)
Experience in identifying and proactively automating manual-heavy processes
Passion for emerging technologies, a culture of continuous learning and innovation
Competencies
Comfortable in handling huge amounts of data, data cleaning and deriving insights from the same
Ability to create and own actionable and visually appealing dashboards through visualisation tools as well as programming languages
Passion for owing processes end to end by actively communicating with US partners
Inherent project management skills apart from using productivity tools like Jira, Confluence etc.,
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders in order to solve a problem
