Job Description:
1. Complete accredited Facilitator Training program as per the various levels.
2. Manage all E-mail and WhatsApp communication to the participants.
3. Drawing reports on the LMS.
4. Managing the various gaming platforms.
5. Facilitate the various online training programs by facilitating the get-to-know sessions, the summary at the beginning of each session and coordinating the scenarios during the gameplay session, doing reflections at the end of the sessions as and when needed.
6. Offline course administration including awarding of points and virtues, assessing, and allocating peer-to-peer observations, and completing an individual report per student.
7. Assist in the certificate management process and send the information to each individual student within 5 working days.
8. Should be available for the duration of the entire batch.
9. Reports to the Head of Product & Delivery
