We are recruiting for the Role of BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER which includes a probation period of 60 days where the candidate will work as a SALES OFFICER and will be tested on knowledge, skills, and attitude. We are very excited about the potential and experience being brought to our table.

TRAINING STIPEND : 15,000/-
TRAINING PERIOD 60 DAYS
As a part of Training, We train on Learning Corporate work culture and Skills Development
A) Training Functional Area : HR (Recruiting)/Sales & Marketing
B) Training : IRDAI Training, Insurance basic Company products & investments Team Recruitment & handling
C) Awards & Certificates : Performance-based Awards & Certificates (BRIGHT BEGINNER, STAR OF THE MONTH)
A Sales officer needs to achieve the defined criteria to progress to become a Business Development officer and to progress to a higher level of leadership as a Senior Business Development leader in his/her career path.

FIXED SALARY 21,000/-

In order to work in the insurance industry initial step would be a clearance of the IRDA EXAM . Exam fee of 600/-to pay as DD in favor of -IRDA TRAINING payable @ MUMBAI.

1) 10th & 12TH mark sheet
2) Degree Mark sheet
4) Aadhar card
5) Pan card
6) Bank Passbook
7) Passport Size Photo -2
8) INSURANCE BASIC EXAMINATION REGISTRATION FEES ( 600 ) /
