Job Description:
Hindalco Industries is hiring for a Support Laboratory Operation position at Hindalco, Silvassa.
The role is part of the Quality and Technical Services function within the Aluminium business.
The candidate will support Metals Industry Laboratory Operations, testing, quality assurance, and laboratory activities.
The position requires technical knowledge of Lab Methods, Instrument Calibration, Sample Preparation, and Mechanical Testing.
Candidates should have experience with LIMS, Microscopy, Metallography, Spectroscopy, ILC Testing, and Grain Size Measurement.
A full-time Diploma in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering with 2–5 years of experience is required.
The role requires strong teamwork, communication, service orientation, customer focus, and quality-system knowledge.
