Job Description:
Hindalco Industries is hiring for a Support Customer Service position at Hindalco, Silvassa.
The role focuses on Aluminium Extrusion, customer interaction, complaint handling, and quality support.
Candidates should have good knowledge of the Aluminium Extrusion Process and related standards.
The position involves identifying and understanding Aluminium Extrusion Defects and applying quality tools.
The candidate will handle Customer Complaints, customer communication, and problem-solving activities.
The role also supports Customer Audits and improvement projects within the quality function.
Candidates with a Diploma and 2–5 years of experience can apply.
