Looking for the candidates who have experience in DB2-LUW DBA and willing to learn Google Cloud Platform/Cloud Spanner
Mandatory Skills:
Strong experience in designing and architecting medium to large DB2 V9.7 and V10.5 LUW DB2 databases in a 24x7 OLTP UNIX (AIX, Linux & Solaris) based multi-data center environment.
Good Experience in installation(server & Client), configuration, federation, backup, restore, recovery, data movement utilities (load,import,export,db2move) and tuning (both OS & DB).
Extensive exposure in DB2 HADR with IBM TSA.
Good Experience in Shell Scripting, writing SQL and optimizing SQL calls
Handling user calls & trouble shooting/debugging the Database issues
Managing DB access, creation of DB objects like Views, MQT, Procedures, functions etc.
Experience with Performing rolling updates and upgrades in a DB2 HADR
Good communication skills
Additional Requirements:
Experience with IBM Infosphere Data Replication.
Experience with IBM BLU Acceleration.
Experience supporting application development teams and handling US clients
Experience in OPM
