Job Description:
Arm is hiring a Staff DFT Solutions Engineer – Chip Methodology & Automation (CMA) in Bengaluru, India. The role focuses on developing and deploying DFT methodologies, automation, flow solutions, and reference solutions for complex Arm-based SoCs. The engineer will work across DFT implementation, scan, compression, ATPG, MBIST/LBIST, JTAG/IEEE 1149.x, IEEE 1687, and hierarchical DFT. The position also involves integrating DFT into RTL-to-GDS, verification, implementation, and signoff flows. Strong Python, Tcl, Shell scripting, EDA tools, debugging, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills are required. Experience with advanced-node SoCs, chiplet or multi-die architectures, CAD automation, automotive, safety, and production test is an advantage.
