Job Description:
Manage FBA inventory programs across International Emerging Stores (IES).
Partner with FBA, SCOT, Retail, and Operations teams to improve inventory metrics.
Drive inventory availability and reduce excess/aged inventory.
Build root-cause frameworks to identify drivers of inventory outcomes.
Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review mechanisms.
Design seller experiments involving adoption, communication, and incentives.
Work with Product, Science, BI, and Engineering teams on scalable solutions.
Apply AI and automation to improve metric tracking and operational workflows.
Coordinate peak readiness for events such as Prime Day and BFCM.
Influence cross-functional teams and drive decisions in ambiguous environments.
