Job Description:
The Sr Finance Executive - PACE will work as a PACE Anchor supporting independent factory and warehouse assessments.
The role focuses on operational audits, governance, compliance, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
The position reviews Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, and Quality processes.
The executive analyzes operational data and evaluates performance against defined benchmarks.
The role conducts regular factory and warehouse site visits to ensure continuous operational oversight.
The position provides independent assurance and identifies risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
The executive also supports advisory, capability building, standardization, and continuous improvement across locations.
