Job Description:
Sr. Engineer – Testing & Quality Assurance responsible for ensuring software quality and reliability at Genpact.
Develop and execute test cases to identify and resolve software defects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain software quality standards.
Analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to improve application performance.
Automate testing processes to improve testing efficiency and accuracy.
Apply quality assurance and software testing best practices throughout development.
Work with Agile methodologies and modern testing tools and processes.
Support security testing and penetration testing activities where required.
Stay updated with emerging software testing technologies and industry practices.
Work in a hybrid environment with teams focused on AI-powered digital transformation.
