Job Description:
Sr. Developer – Application Development responsible for designing and developing software applications at Genpact.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and define software requirements.
Design, develop, test, and maintain application solutions.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to development teams.
Work with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
