Job Description:
Senior Business Analyst responsible for telecom order management and process modernization.
Work with Camunda BPM to design and optimize business workflows.
Support mainframe modernization and migration initiatives.
Apply eTOM framework knowledge to align telecom processes with industry standards.
Gather and analyze complex business requirements from stakeholders.
Create detailed process maps and documentation using MS Visio.
Manage portfolio and project activities across multiple initiatives.
Analyze order capture, validation, fulfillment, and exception-handling processes.
Support business testing, UAT, production monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable telecom solutions.
