Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
1. Selling Indian and UAE properties
2. Identify partnership opportunities
3. Develop new relationships to grow business and help company expand
4. Coordinating with developers.
5. Aggressively doing cold calling, and client meetings.
6. Maintain existing business
7. Think critically when planning to assure project success
8. Responsible to generate the revenue by selling Indian properties to NRI customers
Requirements:
1. Any Graduation
2. must have 1+ year of experience in direct and B2C sales.
3. Stability (working in same organization and have gained growth and promotions/ appraisals)
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
6. Focused and goal-oriented
7. B2C sales experience/ Direct Sales
8. Age criteria: 28 years max.
