Job Description:
✅The Role
‣We are looking for an Associate Technical Account Manager to work within our Customer Experience / Customer Success vertical. You will be part of a team that provides the first experience for customers on the Sprinto platform (while onboarding) and also implement any new products purchased by the customers.
✅What would make you a good fit for this role?
‣You come from a programming background, but realised writing code is not your cup of tea
‣In your peer group, your communication & presentation skills stand out
‣You have experience in a software implementation role
‣You have worked with customers across time zones
‣You have a good technical understanding - words like S3 bucket, DB encryption, ‣Virtual Private Cloud are not alien to you
‣You are systematic and methodical - you make commitments and meet them consistently
‣Huge bonus if you have prior experience with SOC2 / ISO27001 / GDPR / PCI DSS and other compliance standards
