Job Description:

Lead power architecture development for next-generation custom silicon used in AI-enabled wearables.
Model and own use-case power requirements in collaboration with systems teams.
Define SOC power states, power trees, and power sequencing requirements.
Work with CPU, GPU, image-compute, PMIC, and system architecture teams.
Optimize silicon power architecture to meet performance and power targets.
Evaluate trade-offs between performance, power, and area across system solutions.
Develop custom IP block power estimates and low-power design methodologies.
Analyze hardware and software partitioning for efficient compute solutions.
Perform post-silicon model-to-hardware power correlation and debugging.
Drive concepts from prototypes through transition to high-volume consumer products.

Key Eligibility
6+ years of experience with production silicon
At least one shipped product
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Experience with low-power design principles
Experience with custom IP block power estimation
Understanding of technology-node scaling
Experience evaluating performance, power, and area trade-offs
Experience with hardware/software partitioning
Strong problem-solving and cross-disciplinary debugging skills
C, C++, or Python experience is preferred.
