Job Description:
Responsible for renewing, up-selling, and closing of maintenance/service/license contracts to a specific region or account, generally via phone. Educates customers on applicable product elements, business practices and associated contractual implications. Maintains account team relationships and transfers leads as appropriate.
•Manage smooth and effective regional Software offer, order and delivery process
•Manage all admin related regional price discount requests
•Constant support of customers and Siemens regional sales in all sales admin related questions (export control, maintenance etc.)
