Job Description:
1. Communicate to the customer. Good verbal and written skills.
2. Maintaining relations with customers, Looking into Dispatch, Quality Of Products.
3. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating. Co-ordinate with manufacturing unit and follow up about product status.
4. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
5. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
6. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
7. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
