Job Description:
Service Delivery Leader – F&A – R2R responsible for leading finance and accounting service delivery operations.
Ensure accounting activities are completed accurately according to agreed close schedules and US GAAP.
Review general accounting activities for completeness, accuracy, and appropriate accounting treatment.
Coordinate with Accounts, Tax, and business teams to analyze and reconcile transactions.
Oversee lease accounting and ensure timely and accurate payments.
Maintain process governance, reporting, metrics, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and company accounting policies.
Resolve accounting and reporting issues and act as an escalation point.
Lead cross-functional teams, monitor deliverables, and improve team performance.
Drive process improvements, standardization, reporting enhancements, and team development.
