Job Description:
Arm is hiring a Senior Manager – Manufacturing Test Operations in Bangalore, Karnataka, India to lead manufacturing test operations for next-generation, high-performance semiconductor products across Cloud, Infrastructure, and Automotive segments. This senior leadership role focuses on defining and executing end-to-end ATE test strategy for complex SoCs, covering silicon bring-up, characterization, qualification, production readiness, production transfer, yield optimization, and manufacturing ramp. Candidates should have 15+ years of semiconductor test engineering experience, strong expertise in Advantest V93K / 93K EXA Scale, and deep hands-on knowledge of SmarTest SMT7/SMT8. Experience with OSAT partners, DFT, Scan/ATPG, MBIST, HSIO, functional testing, test flow development, binning strategies, yield analysis, and production scalability is essential. The role also involves building test labs and infrastructure from scratch, developing automation and data systems, managing vendors and global partners, and building and leading a high-performing test engineering team.
