Job Description:
Amazon is looking for a Senior Category Manager, MFN & Local Shops to lead the scale-up of categories and customer-focused initiatives within its Local Shops business in India. The role focuses on making Local Shops a preferred fulfillment channel for Heavy & Bulky and Emerging Whitespace categories by developing category strategies, acquiring sellers, expanding selection, and driving business growth. The candidate will work closely with seller acquisition, category management, account management, Finance, Product, Advertising, and other cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and improve seller success. The role requires strong analytical, strategic, entrepreneurial, and execution capabilities, along with experience in P&L and data-driven decision-making.
