Job Description:
Lead the end-to-end requirements lifecycle for Dell’s Aravo platform.
Gather and analyze business, regulatory, operational, and process requirements.
Develop user stories, functional requirements, business rules, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and cross-functional working sessions.
Manage requirements prioritization, backlog governance, approvals, and documentation.
Maintain traceability from business needs through design, testing, deployment, and closure.
Collaborate with IT, architects, developers, testers, vendors, and business teams.
Support Agile planning, sprint readiness, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
Identify dependencies, risks, conflicts, and gaps across requirements and processes.
Provide governance, portfolio reporting, and technical leadership across requirements management.
