Job Description:
Expectations and Responsibilities:
1.Design a professional grade user experience (based on SAP's Fiori Design System) for strategic topics by collaborating with fellow Designers, Product Development team(s), Product Management team(s) and other stakeholders.
2.Provide design specifications and assets required for implementation by the development team.
3.Ensure UI quality by supporting the development team during the development phase by conducting continuous reviews of the implemented UIs to ensure adherence to the specifications, standards and guidelines.
4.Contribute to UX Thought Leadership by participating in or by driving activities to define new ideas, patterns & guidelines and best practices to address unique requirements for BTP services, solutions and tools.
5.Be data driven by seeking and utilizing data from user research activities such as usability tests, customer workshops, questionnaires & surveys to improve the end to end experience.
Work Experience & Eligibility:
1. Less than three years of experience in UX Design.
2. Degree (Bachelor, Masters) in Design from a reputed Design School.
Key Skills:
1.Interaction Design – Should be able to convert business & user requirements into highly usable and creative UI designs for multiple devices/channels (responsive design).
2.Visual Design – Good visual design skills is desirable, but not mandatory.
3.Technical Skills – HTML & CSS skills are desired, but not mandatory.
4.Prototyping Skills – Proven experience in using prototyping tools such as Figma, Axure, etc. for creating designs.
5.Soft Skills – Excellent English communication skills, teamwork, self-motivated, creative and yet pragmatic, demonstrates maturity & emotional intelligence, especially since the role requires extensive collaboration between multiple stakeholders working in a global setup
