Job Description:
#Responsibilities-
-Assist in managing and optimizing various operational processes
-Lead verification, inbound calls and client onboarding
-Provide comprehensive product demos to potential clients and resolve their queries
-Assist the team in day to day product operations
-Collaborate with various departments, such as sales, marketing, KAM to fulfill client requirements
-Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients
-Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with the team to implement enhancements
#Skills and Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field
-Prior experience in customer service is a must
-Prior experience in inside sales and inbound calling is an added advantage
-Proven experience in product operations or a similar role
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
