• Will be connecting customers directly through cold-calling and pitch them the benefits of the product. Give them proper presentation of the products after screening the profile and identifying their needs and financial capacity.
•Be well acquainted with the financial products that investors normally invest in apart from real-estate and counsel the clients on how this product stands out as a safe, affordable and high yielding investment option.
•Invite the client for a site-visit.Those who cannot visit in person, should be given a virtual tour of theproject to gain their confidence.
Initiate a price negotiation, educate them on the mortgage availability and other 2 legal formalities.
•Coordinate with the Channel Partners and engage with their team on a regular-basis and push for more site-visits.
•Hunt for channel partners who are right fit for the company and make them sign CP agreements with us.
