Job Description:
Convert prospects into customers by show-casing the property to the prospects, which match
the investment need of the prospects
Use leads generated by Marketing Team for the above as well as generate self-leads to convert
them into customers, through local activities (procuring relevant databases, doing on-ground
activities in corporates, clubs etc).
Take prospects for site visits to the property, answer all relevant queries in the process, liaising
with internal teams for any clarification required for that
Be compliant with operations process
Ensure that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction with Ridhira Zen
Provide after sales services and assist in Home Loans for the customer
