Job Description:
#What you’ll be doing
-Helping our users with their onboarding experience via our in-app live chat
-Analysing KYC documents and processing data they possess
-Representing Revolut online at all times
-Collaborating with other teams across London, Moscow, Porto, and Lithuania to tackle any customer issue
#What you'll need
-Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
-A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
-The ability to explain complex issues in an easy and understandable manner
-Strong writing skills and great numeracy and IT skills
-Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
-Empathy and love for helping people
-To be driven and self-motivated with a highly flexible team player attitude
-A self-learning, independent problem-solving approach
