✅Roles and Responsibility
- Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of Dealer Channel.
· Recruit a new dealerships channel partners and provide the service.
· Achieve Monthly Recruitment and Business Targets.
· Act as the primary point of contact for your Dealers partners, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries promptly.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, Operations, marketing, and product development, to align strategies for D2D sales.
· Identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize the business from the dealer partners.
· Negotiate terms, pricing, among the dealer partners.
-Qualifications:
· Graduate/ MBA (master’s preferred) with minimum 1/2 years of experience in insurance.
· Proven experience in a similar role, preferably business sourcing from dealer partners.
· Strong understanding of insurance products, dealer networks, and market dynamics.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster productive relationships with dealer’s channel.
