Job Description:
Rolls-Royce is hiring a Regional Talent Acquisition Lead – APAC in Bangalore, Karnataka, India to lead and evolve Talent Acquisition (TA) services across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The role is responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition delivery across Mid-Career and Early Career hiring, excluding executive recruitment. The position involves working with global TA teams, business leaders, outsourced recruitment providers, and regional stakeholders to translate business hiring requirements into effective recruitment, employer branding, attraction, selection, and workforce delivery strategies. The role also includes vendor management, recruitment metrics, data analytics, compliance, diversity and inclusion, financial management, technology optimisation, automation, transformation, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have 18–20 years of Talent Acquisition operations experience, including mandatory APAC TA experience, particularly India and Singapore, along with strong operational leadership, vendor management, stakeholder engagement, project delivery, and change management capabilities.
