Job Description:
✅Compensation, Duration & Work timing :
‣Internship Stipend (3 months): INR 7,500/month working 21 hours per week.
‣Training Stipend (6 months): INR 12,000/month working 42.5 hours per week.
‣Post-Training (Full-Time) Salary : INR 600,000 (Base Salary) + INR 120,000 (Variable) ‣working 42.5 hours per week.
‣Working timing will be Europe - 12 Noon - 10 pm, Monday - Friday

‣As a Customer Success Associate, you'll champion our dedication to top-notch client service. With every interaction, you’ll aim for the “Wow, that was amazing!” reaction, ensuring clients feel valued and understood.
✅Key Responsibilities:
‣Speak with German & English-speaking Customers.
‣Handle client queries via text and video calls.
‣Understand and convey customer needs to the team.
‣Solve user challenges, providing solutions or workarounds.
‣Uphold communication guidelines and procedures.
‣Build and nurture client relationships.
‣Continuously strive for exceptional service delivery.
✅Who Should Apply?
‣Fresh graduates/post-graduates passing out in 2024.
‣Candidates should have B1, B2, C1 or C2 German proficiency level.
‣Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in both German and English.
‣Candidates with problem-solving, empathy, analytics, presentation, and documentation skills.
