1. Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
2. Ability to produce well-organized, and well-documented programs.
3. Experience with the web-dev ecosystem and the tools of the trade.
4. Ability to produce responsive web interfaces.
5. Ability to maintain and monitor a production application.
