Duties and responsibilities
Plan the company’s recruitment strategies concentrating on sales
Create appealing job descriptions
Determine hiring requirements for the sales team
Conduct various candidate-sourcing activities
Determine candidate screening strategies
Use recruitment tools and software during the recruitment process
Schedule interviews after communicating with interviewers
Communicate with candidates to keep them informed
Track hiring progress and hiring metrics
Key requirements
Experience in working in the 100% recruitment cycle
Proven work experience as a recruiter (preferably in sales)
Working knowledge of HR, HRMS, ATS, and CMS
Bachelor's is in HR, Management, Business, or a related field
Proficient with social media recruiting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
