Job Description:
The Quality Control Manager will establish and implement quality standards, SOPs, checklists, and handover documents for Titan's retail network expansion projects.
The role covers Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), and HVAC activities across Titan retail brands.
The position will conduct detailed quality audits covering site data, design kits, BOQs, WIP projects, and handover processes.
The manager will perform root cause analysis, identify quality gaps, and develop solutions to improve project delivery.
The role will monitor quality scores and ensure compliance with Titan brand standards and customer experience requirements.
The position will support technology and product selection for HVAC, lighting, FAS, CCTV, and other project systems.
The candidate will lead quality audits, stakeholder training, team management, and site-based quality improvement activities.
