Qualitest is looking for a remote SAP Utilities Enterprise Director to join the Qualitest team.
Qualitest is seeking a SAP Enterprise Director who will oversee multiple utilities accounts within the US. This position will play an integral part within the SAP & Enterprise Practice. The role will involve Delivery Assurance of US project engagements, enabling a high-quality service, deployment of optimized processes and ways of working as well as being commercially focused to support pre-sales and account growth. The director will need to build effective relationships with our internal teams and customers to build confidence in our delivery quality and capability. They will need to proactively validate the status of our project and service delivery, identify risks or issues to delivery and define suitable mitigation plans. They will need to provide clear and decisive action with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Industry experience: able to demonstrate Utilities industry business process knowledge- Enterprise applications - 8+ years experience of ERP in either a Service Delivery - Testing or Project Management
Experience managing large Enterprise programs from Project or Testing perspective
Strong understanding of all phases of the software development lifecyle (SDLC) & the Software Test Lifecyle (STLC), including best practices
Beneficial but not mandatory: Certification IT- Test or Project management methodologies (ITIL- ISTQB- PRINCE2- PMP etc)
Commercial & presales experience - Strong stakeholder manager & communicator. Able to build strong working relationships with challenging stakeholders
Leadership experience managing teams to deliver value, on time & on budget
Pro-active- thought leadership
