• Responsible for all recruitment at store level of the assigned region
• Maintain calendar for recruitment drives & campus drives
• Innovate to create unique channels of sourcing
• Shortlisting CVs from various job portals and cold calling for lining up interviews
• Promote employee referral
• Salary negotiation & offer rollout
• Joining Formalities & induction:
• Documentation & file maintenance of all new joinees and existing employees.
• Induction of new joinees& smooth onboarding as per laid out policies and procedures
