Job Description:
Amazon is hiring a Program Manager – Settlement Operations for its Transaction Settlement Unit (TSU) within the Payments team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on managing payment reconciliation, PPI Escrow and Nodal accounts, regulatory compliance, cash forecasting, financial discrepancy resolution, audit management, process automation, and program delivery. The candidate will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Operations, Technology, and global stakeholders to maintain financial accuracy and ensure uninterrupted settlement operations. Strong analytical, project management, Excel, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
