Production Officer will manage daily biscuit manufacturing operations and ensure efficient production output.
The role involves manpower management, process control, and production planning.
Candidates will monitor quality standards, product parameters, and manufacturing procedures.
The position requires knowledge of biscuit manufacturing, basic computer skills, and team management.
The officer will track raw material variances, wastage, downtime, and production defects.
Responsibilities include TQM, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
The role also supports ISO, HACCP, FSSAI, AIB, and legal audits.
