Job Description:
PhonePe is hiring a Product Manager – Data Platform in Bengaluru. The role focuses on building and managing large-scale data infrastructure and internal developer tools. The candidate will own product strategy, specifications, and roadmaps for data platform components. The role involves working with engineering and architecture teams to develop reliable and scalable data solutions. Candidates should understand ETL/ELT, data warehousing, data lakes, and lakehouses. Advanced SQL and experience with data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, Airflow, or similar tools are required. The role also involves data quality, governance, cataloging, and pipeline optimization. Strong problem-solving, product thinking, and technical communication skills are important.
