Job Description:
Director Product – Lending responsible for driving lending product strategy and execution at Paytm.
Work closely with product managers and business leads to understand customer journeys and use cases.
Translate business requirements into detailed product requirements and scalable technology solutions.
Collaborate with solution architects and engineering teams on platforms, roadmaps, and deliverables.
Provide deep domain expertise in lending platforms and Loan Management Systems (LMS).
Lead Agile/Scrum product processes and manage product roadmaps and deliverables.
Work with senior management and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and accelerate decisions.
Proactively test products, edge cases, and customer journeys to ensure quality.
Use product reporting and KPIs to drive data-driven product management.
Build innovative, user-friendly lending products across the FinTech/BFSI ecosystem.
