Job Description:
Product Director/Manager responsible for driving Paytm’s cross-border payments products end-to-end.
Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, OKRs, execution, and post-launch improvements.
Develop products covering international payments, FX, settlement, reconciliation, and payment rails.
Work closely with engineering on payment orchestration, ledger, APIs, and system design.
Conduct customer research, funnel analysis, usability testing, and competitive benchmarking.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and risk teams across international jurisdictions.
Identify opportunities to apply AI/ML for routing, fraud prevention, pricing, and operations.
Manage product requirements, PRDs, sprint planning, and agile delivery.
Build scalable payment solutions while maintaining regulatory and customer requirements.
Drive innovation and growth across Paytm’s international expansion initiatives.
