Job Description:
Paytm is hiring a Product Analyst to support its Lending business through data-driven product analysis and decision-making. The role involves analyzing lending funnels, customer cohorts, conversion rates, disbursals, pricing, and servicing metrics. The candidate will use SQL, dashboards, and experimentation to identify growth opportunities, measure product performance, and improve customer experience.
The role also includes A/B testing, release monitoring, product operations, and collaboration with product, technology, and business teams to improve lending products and overall business outcomes.
