Rolls-Royce is building a procurement talent pipeline in Bangalore, Karnataka, India for professionals across a range of strategic procurement and operational procurement roles. The opportunity is suitable for procurement professionals with experience in category strategy, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, commercial negotiations, contract management, procurement analytics, risk management, and process improvement. Successful candidates may contribute to developing and implementing global category strategies, managing the source-to-contract lifecycle, evaluating suppliers, negotiating complex contracts, and improving supplier performance. The role also involves working with SAP, Coupa, Ivalua, procurement analytics, dashboards, KPI reporting, spend analysis, and supplier market research. Rolls-Royce also values experience in aerospace and defence procurement, Lean, Six Sigma, change management, stakeholder engagement, and people leadership.
