Job Description:
Lead advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for critical enterprise issues.
Diagnose complex hardware and software problems using advanced debugging tools.
Perform kernel-level debugging on Linux/BSD operating systems.
Apply knowledge of computer architecture and OS internals to resolve technical issues.
Work with storage, networking, filesystems, and enterprise operating systems.
Optimize system performance, configurations, and long-term platform stability.
Develop intelligent automation solutions using AI and emerging agentic technologies.
Collaborate with engineering, customer support, incident management, and customers.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.
